By far the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I’ve been trying to recover a garantie locative (housing deposit) for nearly four months, and the situation remains unresolved. During an in-person appointment in July, a bank employee assured me that all documentation was complete and that the deposit would be released by the end of the week. That never happened. I contacted customer service by phone three separate times. Each time, I was told the case was “in progress,” but no action was taken and no follow-up was provided. I was completely ghosted. Only after two months did the branch manager reach out with an apology and a vague promise that the issue would be “looked into.” Yet, to this day, the funds have not been returned. I had heard negative reviews about this branch before, but I didn’t expect such a complete lack of accountability and respect. This experience has been deeply frustrating and disappointing.

No option to contact them, finally managed to arrange a rdv, had to get tons of papers to signed which I did and in the end nothing happened. After one year we noticed that they did do the change in owner of the bankaccount and so we need to redo everything (physical rdv, paper to get signed bla bla bla). Do you think we got one word of excuse? Zero !

They contact you whenever they need something and ask for a document that you have already sent to BNP multiple times. Then, they call again for another document and then yet another one. People have lives and jobs. Obviously, I’m not working for the bank. I don’t understand why I have to keep providing the same paperwork for BNP. It’s annoying.

Impossible to contact them. Filled an online form to arrange an appointment. No response. Called the customer care to arrange an appointment and no response. Called again customer care to arrange an appointment. When I ask customer care agent what can I do if they don't contact me back again, he told me that there is nothing else they could do, I should keep contacting them again. Nice way to deal business with them. This is all before I even become a customer with them. Now I feel like the service might be even worse when I am stuck with some banking problem
