I wish to express my disappointment regarding the management of my bank card. For some time now, I have been receiving conflicting information and I find myself with a card without a PIN, which forces me to transfer funds to another card in order to make payments. This situation is very inconvenient and does not meet my expectations in terms of service. I hope the bank can quickly find a clear and effective solution to this problem.
