The worst customer experience, they treat you are a headache and try to show faces for simple questions, It was better 2 years back with some good bankers and now its going down the complete bank staffs are rude and dont care about customers

I contacted Fortis in Wavre to withdraw some foreign currency. Unfortunately, the experience was not positive. The person who contacted me was not very pleasant and lacked flexibility. At the end of the conversation, I was even told to go and collect my currency from a currency exchange service at the airport… which I found really disappointing. More professional assistance would have been appreciated.

Having a robot first is awful. It doesn't understand anything. When you finally get a human on the other end of the line, everything is fine, and in addition to being efficient, they're polite and charming.
