I have rarely seen such a bad company. If you ask about insurance policies you have with them, they know nothing. I was barely let in and was treated like an imbecile who no longer knows where he has his insurance. Eventually, it turned out there was an insurance policy after all. Later, I inquired about investments; again, they knew nothing. Moreover, I received a message that they were not allowed to tell me anything. I have already left.
You will be hard-pressed to find better, faster, and more accurate service in both banking and insurance.
