First Experience: I talked to two people in the bank, both were really helpful, one of them proved to be the best bank employee I have ever seen in Italy. The Last: They just never answer to phone calls

The staff is untrained. They don't know the regulations and are completely incapable of communicating with customers. I suggest avoiding this branch. UniCredit has better branches and better staff. The staff here simply needs to be updated or changed.
The staff is absolutely disgusting; I don't know where we picked them up. They're incredibly rude, frustrated, and good-natured, treating customers with the bare minimum of respect. Hands in their pockets and faces like boiled fish when asked any questions, thanks to the blonde lady with glasses.
Despite having seen many negative reviews, I was helped by a very kind and helpful gentleman.
