Very very bad service. I have appointment but they don't service me. And manager this branch is not competent. Bad bad service. Bad BANK UNICREDIT ITALY!
I went to this branch based on the reviews and was not disappointed. Even though I wasn't sure how to proceed with the transaction I needed to complete, I didn't feel lost because from the moment I entered, the person at the self-service checkout immediately provided assistance and left me in the hands of Mrs. Giovanna (a very nice person), who was able to help me despite the problems I had raised. Recommended branch 👍🏻
Good morning, I've been to this agency several times and have found the entire staff to be exceptionally friendly and welcoming! The person I contacted most often was the cashier Giovanna Polgar, who always tried to resolve any issues related to my banking transactions, with her trademark professionalism and the care every customer expects from their employees. I also have to thank all the other employees in other areas who were always kind.
The director personally took an interest in resolving one of my issues, working on it alongside some of his colleagues. They were very professional and certainly commendable on a human level.
The location is very spacious and welcoming, thanks in part to the highly professional branch staff. I was received for a consultation since my bank is part of the Unicredit Group, and I received excellent assistance with the services offered. The branch's advisors also handled the transaction. The branch is strategically located: 100 meters from Piazza Sempione, on Via Nomentana in the Municipality of Rome. This makes it easily accessible by major public transportation, which is just a few hundred meters away. I recommend arriving without a vehicle, as parking is difficult to find.
