After about a month it still doesn't work. The staff is rude and it's a waste of petrol and time, as the ATM never works. Apparently Unicredit is unable to offer a consistent and long-lasting service. I would never recommend this service, not even to my worst enemy.
Never had to deal with more rude staff
+39 06 87827 402 He calls this number (at 12:54 PM, so the branch is closed) saying I'm trying to make a bank transfer, but I haven't been a UniCredit customer for 2 years!! The moment I say this, he immediately hangs up. Beware of scams! I'm writing this review in the hope that someone at the branch will read it and find a way to catch the person trying to take advantage of people.
Rude staff. They don't have the good sense to greet customers. When you walk in, it seems like you're bothering them. They'll probably switch banks in the future.
