I haven't got this kind of worst service ever as foreigner I wish to open a bank account from that branch, but they have said if you don't know the Italian language then you can't open a new bank account from here.

Never again... HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!! FOR MORE THAN 5 MONTHS THEY LEFT ME WITHOUT A CARD, CONTACTING THEM IS IMPOSSIBLE, UNTIL THE END TO CLOSE THE ACCOUNT A THOUSAND PROBLEMS FOR A SIMPLE APPOINTMENT... AMONG THE WORST UNICREDIT BRANCHES WITH INCOMPETENT STAFF (even the UniCredit toll-free number doesn't recommend this branch) NB parking there is impossible, STAY AWAY!!!!

Absolutely ridiculous agency! I've been a customer of this agency for years, and every time I've needed their direct services, they've always given terrible service. Now they're outdoing themselves... I've been trying to schedule an appointment with them to apply for a debit card for over a month, but they had connection issues for weeks, and now everyone is on vacation, so you can't schedule an appointment online, and without one, they won't see you. I tried to speak to an employee in person, but she started yelling through the door, not letting me speak, and then went off to her office... My compliments, really. Stay away!
