It's difficult to contact the branch directly, as the person I speak to is located remotely and cannot transfer calls, even in emergencies, to the advisors present in the branch. Furthermore, the day before, I was advised to make a payment for a direct debit, which was ultimately processed twice the following day. I therefore had to contact the general number via the app to get proper follow-up and a refund. Since the branch had put my case on hold, the call center took the trouble to contact the branch themselves to process my request. This is a serious lack of efficiency, and the interaction was far from satisfactory and pleasant for a local bank branch.

Replacing a human representative with AI is a very bad idea and not a selling point. Do you really think a few seconds are enough to solve a problem? A stressed person needs understanding; we're not cattle! An AI is incapable of providing that kind of response. Very disappointed, and the rules are absurd, discouraging people from even creating an account. Aside from the AI's highly questionable phone service, the human staff is very good.

Good bank; despite the rise of computers, it must be said that at this branch you can still get in touch with someone who can see you. It's a shame that in 95 percent of cases this requires an appointment. They have good advisors for SMEs. I would particularly like to thank Audrey Daloze, without naming her 😉 ;-)

Despite ongoing renovations and not being a customer of this branch, I needed to make a transfer to complete the purchase of my new vehicle, which I was taking delivery of. Having reached my payment limit, the branch manager, Mr. Jonas, kindly agreed to see me, even though it was by appointment. He processed the transfer immediately. In any case, I received a very warm welcome. Thank you to him for his availability and professionalism.
