Having left AXA a year ago but having an old account that required some management, I went to the Ham sur Heure agency and I commend the kindness and professionalism of Mr. Porcu who helped me regain my access and download the Crelan application. It just goes to show that if everyone had this professional sense, the question of changing would not arise. A true agency with a human character and close to the customer.
