Professionalism, competence, and kindness: these are the hallmarks of the branch staff. There wasn't a single problem they couldn't solve! In an age of automation that doesn't always work, fortunately, there are still people who meet customer needs!

Extremely negative experience. The staff at this bank is incredibly rude, arrogant, and completely disinterested in the customer. Instead of receiving support or even a modicum of courtesy, you feel condescending and annoyed, as if the customer's presence were a problem. The general impression is that the same people from the 1980s still work here, never updated or trained in customer service. No empathy, no professionalism, no desire to help. This kind of attitude is absolutely unacceptable in 2026. You can't "send out" staff so unprepared for customer contact. A bank should inspire trust and respect: unfortunately, neither is found here. Avoid.

The staff are always available. Friendly and kind. Mrs. Marino and her colleague Antonio are always available.

Telephone support is nonexistent; if you need to speak to them, it's practically impossible. Since I'm 40 km away and can't travel to Rome often, the phone would be very convenient for some communications, but there's no way. I don't understand why they only offer this type of assistance by appointment.
