I went here to open bank account. Unfortunately most of the people there don’t speak English, but Nicola could help me. He did everything perfectly, explained the rules, managed to open the account, so it was very easy and good experience with bank. Thank you!
One of the worst experinces. After 45 minutes of standing , the guy in sportello 2 told me that this is not a normal account. I can't do that. He was just lazy

ATMs that constantly jam. They don't issue receipts and immediately go out of order.
A few months ago, the Unicredit branch where I was a customer, on Via Nomentana, closed. In recent days, needing assistance with my card, I visited the new branch on Piazza Fiume/Via Piave twice. The staff and manager were very helpful, attentive, and friendly. I spoke in particular with Dr. Serra and two of her colleagues, who helped us with everything. Thank you!
