If I could I would give them zero! The customer service is not existed.i made a simple request to update my personal marital status and I offered the certificate of marriage and ID but they said that only with a proof of residence the update can be made.. we provided that as well but it is almost one month and no update was made and no response was received to my numerous messages. Very disappointed.. I will move to another bank more responsive and with more respect for their customers.

I’ve never seen a bank which it’s this difficult to reach someone to get a response as a customer. It’s a really bad bank — I’d recommend looking at other options.Despite all these negative reviews and their already low rating, they never seem to improve themselves. The lack of ATMs and their appointment-only system have made their already weak sense of service even worse.

They don’t speak English and they are very unpolite. Entered there for an appointment for a loan and they got frustrated because I didn’t speak English. They started to tell me to be calm, I was calm and it’s not polite to. Say to a person 10 times to be calm as to accuse. They told me to get out saying goodbye. They do not care about customer because they know that one less does not make difference and they do not lose the job for this such behavior!!!

4 months and still no account. Every time the same thing, we're sorry I will call you back on Monday. Which Monday they refer to nobody knows. Worst customer service I have experienced, no guidance even as premium customer. My recommendation, AVOID

❌ Agency to avoid Deplorable reception: manipulated information, no sense of service, and blatant lies. In the waiting room, I saw the secretary refuse to help a customer over the phone, claiming she was busy at reception... when she was simply connecting her printer. In the end, still no response from them, even though my account was opened the same day, in 16 minutes, via the Brussels branch with a competent and friendly agent.
