The staff were welcoming and spoke to me in French as I don't speak Flemish. I had a problem updating my information, but everything was sorted out within minutes. The young woman who greeted me was very friendly and took care of me immediately.

I made a phone appointment in Dutch to set up an IPT. We were greeted in French, only to be told she wasn't authorized to set one up for us. While she was dressed in an unprofessional outfit (a thick, unwashed winter coat covered in cat hair), pulling off her fake nails, she quickly tried to get us to stop our pension savings so we could start a pension fund (we were considering it...). The appointment with the authorized person for setting up the IPT had already been made, but the woman called me to say she would forward all the information (which she did), and later I received a message that my appointment had been canceled. I filled out their satisfaction survey, which was forwarded to me, and today she called me with the nerve to ask if it was right that I gave a 0 for it. The appointment at another bank was made immediately in Dutch and with the main person in charge! All this without a call center.

I called the Fortis office in Dilbeek, but the woman on the line didn't speak Dutch. It was a shame; it felt like a missed opportunity.

I'm completely dissatisfied with BNP's service. I always get a bot on the line who misunderstands me even though my question is clear and simple: "I want to make a payment from my savings account, and it's not working; what should I do?" I've been a BNP customer my whole life, but now the service is absolutely terrible! One star is still too much!

Unbelievable! After three months of applying for a bank account as guardian for a minor, I still haven't received an account! The growth package for the boy can't be deposited. The problem isn't being resolved. Organization and customer service are zero.
