I am putting one star as a review because there is no possibility to put zero. Unpolite and rude personnel, ironic, not willing to find solution. The worst BNP agence ever. I went there to find a solution for my need and nothing was done, besides remarks, ironic comments and bullshit. I got out from there, I called another BNP agency and everything was solved in 15 min.

Somehow difficult to find it if you parked your car upstairs… there is no indication in which floor is the agency …. Otherwise the agency is nice !

My first contact with the Anderlecht branch was disastrous. I had made an appointment, clearly stating my needs. Upon arrival, the (very nice) person informed me that she couldn't fulfill my request. She then indicated that she would schedule another appointment with her colleague, who was more qualified to address my needs. A new appointment was therefore scheduled for the following day at 2 p.m. by phone. However, after two days, no one has contacted me. How can I get an appointment that will actually work? I find this situation regrettable and unprofessional.
