I contacted “ Cornejo “ regarding a home loan. The initial appointment went well, but there was no follow-up afterward. Despite sending three emails, I received no response. I then had to call twice to schedule another appointment, only to find that no one attended the scheduled team meeting. This lack of communication and follow-through is very disappointing so we went for sure to another bank to get the credit.

“I am really frustrated with BNP Paribas Bank! Their branches are poorly located, and we have to walk all day just to find one. This is completely unacceptable for a major ban.

My advice, if you are a foreigner, i.e. a non-EU citizen, stay far away from this bank! This bank has incompetent and arrogant staff. I experienced this at not one but 2 branches. They blocked my account several times for no reason. All my papers are correct and verified. Every time I made a request to unblock, they never gave a reason, they wouldn't even justify their actions, they just blamed someone in "Brussels". I am sure they hide their incompetence behind this excuse. They are very pushy in selling insurance. But if you have a problem, they have no appointments for you. They screen and profile their customers by race and treat them very badly. There is a great lack of respect for the customer.

Beyond unimaginable unprofessionalism, DO NOT GO THERE!!! It’s not worth the time you are about to lose facing all the problems that come with it.
