I'm not surprised with such bad reviews. I've been there two times and no help, poor explanation and when you speak English to them, they mostly do not understand and when you try to speak Italian and need more time to finish your sentence, they don't let you speak. In my opinion, a totally useless branch.

They didn’t answer the phone and also when I speak with one of the personal from the branch , he tell me “I can’t understand you” and quickly close the call without say bye or ciao or anything alss ! This is shame !

Making an appointment for a first-time mortgage consultation and being told only my local branch could do it, when I wasn't supposed to open a mortgage, but I needed a quote since my branch doesn't have any openings until September. The employee refused to do anything. Then you go to another bank where you're not even a customer, and they give you a quote without an appointment! Terrible service from the employee! Rude and unprofessional!

I waited in line for an hour and a half to be told I needed to make an appointment. When I agreed to make one, the employee sent me away, saying she couldn't. All employees are presumptuous and arrogant. Outrageous.
