I'm a Fineco customer. They say they're open from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, but then you show up at 2:00 pm and they say there are no advisors available. And then they boast about being a bank that's always there for the customer! Yes! Until you limit yourself to doing everything from your computer or using the Smart ATM! But the only thing that really matters, folks, is when someone needs a human being.

Absolutely useless. They tell you to contact the customer service hotline as if you haven't already done so. I don't understand what the point of branches is if they can't do anything. Terrible experience.
