Once they have your money, they're impossible to reach, and the bank employees want to be left alone. Average wait time for phone calls is 10 minutes.

Service, zero, zero, nothing...promise to call back after endless hold music, didn't happen. Request for a new bank card. After two weeks and again endless hold music, nope, nothing again...after visiting the bank, against their wishes...the bank card turned out to be supposedly lost in the mail...the answer was: you can get one directly for 30 euros. Embarrassing...frustrating...incomprehensible. Shame on you, shame on you.

Stay away! If you open an account with them and deposit money into a blocked account, you're tied to them. Even if you're legally compliant, they'll ask for permits and licenses that can only be obtained after two months. While you're still dealing with all those permits and licenses, your account is still blocked. The funny thing is that you ultimately can't pay anything or deposit anything into your account to cover all your financial needs. At other banks, if everything is in order, it's activated within one or two business days. With them, you only get your permit after two months, which you can't obtain because your account and money are blocked. YOUR OWN MONEY! So, in conclusion, don't start because they're inexperienced and don't even know the law yet. As a starting entrepreneur, I advise everyone to go to a different bank!!!!!

I've been a customer of this superfluous bank since I was born. They charge exorbitant monthly investment fees for pensions, savings, and all their other stock market-focused and non-stock market products. The message is: stay away from these products. The cost structure is incredibly high. The only one profiting is the bank itself. If you want to save, invest, or just use a standard bank, there are other, more affordable options on the market! Especially if you have children, don't use this savings or investment fund/product to save for your little one! Stay away! The word "scammers" has just been mentioned, but we're on the edge!
