Incompetent people! I am waiting for an hour in a call to speak with somebody and when I go physically in their office they take calls while they try to answer your questions. The woman working there had to come back with an proposition for a contract and she took the liberty to make it in my name without me singing it and previously mentioning her (by e-mail) that I don’t want it anymore. Now I am contacted by that extra assurance company to pay them and when I called her to ask her why is this happening I received an answer that she is in vacation for three weeks and nobody can help me because she doesn’t have the work cover by anyone els. These people doesn’t respected my request, did changes by her own without my approval and signature and now she doesn’t answer to the phone anymore. She created more problems that I can count and she makes me loose time and money and she doesn’t take even responsibility for it!

We were helped excellently by Christel. A very pleasant person who masters her job to perfection. She takes her time to explain everything thoroughly, in plain language. Absolute recommendation!
