Zero stars couldn't be given. I brought the documents to open a company account by appointment, and then they disappeared. They don't respond to emails, the representatives don't answer the numbers they provide, and no one answers the branch landline. You should go in person to make yourself heard, but it's better to save yourself the time and hassle and go elsewhere. You'll find more professionalism and courtesy at any provincial bank. UniCredit should review the "services" some of their branches offer and offer some basic training for their staff. Terrible.
