I had an extremely disappointing experience at this branch. Despite having a scheduled appointment, the employee we dealt with was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He refused to provide basic information and responded to our questions as if he were doing us a favor, showing a complete lack of respect and annoyance. This level of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. None of our requests were resolved, and the situation became even more confusing due to their dismissive attitude and lack of clarity. I expected better service and professionalism.

Incompetent and rude staff. They don’t do their job properly and treat customers terribly.

the lady that in the cashier was so rude and absolutely unprofessional. I asked to pay my F24 (and i am a client) but she refused, saying that unicredit doesn’t do this operation, while i know for a fact they do. I went to another branch in Moscova and they managed to do it without any issues. What a waste of time, especially in the most central unicredit of Milan.

Got scammed and the fraudsters used a UniCredit account to receive the funds. I'm deeply concerned about the bank's lack of proper account verification that enabled this fraud. UniCredit needs to improve its security measures and assist authorities to prevent such incidents. Very disappointed.
