Applied online for opening a bank account. Filled all the requested forms and documents. Send by email, and hard copies by post (registered) After 1 week my envelope has been delivered, still no contact back from them. I decided to call and inquire. The friendly lady made a few research based on their reference code I provided. Then she said my application has been rejected but she has no access to find out why. Best banking service ever. Recall I just wanted to bring some money into their institution...
Like more people here I see, one account was blocked and now it does not get released since 3 weeks. The bank confirms all legal & compliance documents have been delivered correctly, but no communication nor follow-up to unblock the account or at least explain why it is still blocked. The helpdesk is really trying to help me out, but they do not even react to internal emails from their colleagues. With helpdesk we raised a case to Quality, but they seem to suffer from the same "radio-silence" decease. So yes, I wonder too, what is going at Keytrade that the customer service has so much degraded?
This is the worst bank I have ever seen in my life. Even when you call to report a problem and clearly explain the situation, there is no response. It’s always the same bug, again and again. I’m completely stuck !!! I can’t make any payments. And the agent’s only response was: “Okay, I can send you a paper to cancel your subscription with the bank.” The customer service is absolutely zero 😔 no support, no solutions, no relationship at all. For these reasons, I will be closing my account with them.
This bank is having an incredible fall. Monthly bugs on the cards which makes them unusable and a non responsive customer service. On this day, i have spent 3 hours on the waiting line with no reply from any agent while my cards are not usable Would totally not advise it and willing to share the number of emails I have sent as an unsatisfied customer for the past 5 years
Used to be a happy customer but this bank has turned into a nightmare for me. Don’t bother trying to get support from their customer service as it is virtually impossible to get through to them. If you are lucky enough to get through they can’t help you and they are rude. Been trying for weeks to get help but have come to a point where I will be closing my accounts.
