The bank, with the worse online-banking ever! No transprence on your own account! Titulations of bookings are missing, no poroper credit card bills, on and on! Won't reccomend! The Star is for the Staff in Calpe, because they are firendly and doing a good job! Also a BIG minus with this Bank is, that you can't charge cash to your account through the ATM in the Bank. I work extra to my full time also, half time as a free lancer, and will change the bank..! I don't want my cash at home, and not having proper track of my accounts.

This bank used to be good, but now ever since they hired the director, Pepe, it is terrible, people working there are fine but they are helpless with this manager, he is rude, has no social skills and most of the time he is not even there. Probably has another job and he collects money from this bank as well. Very disappointed, I’ve been a customer for 10 years, and the bank made a lot of money from me but now it’s time to move on. I hope they fire this guy as he doesn’t represent the quality of the bank and the people that work there.

I have had very good experience with Bankinter compared to other Spanish banks. The staff are very attentive, friendly and easy going. Elena and Linn in Calpe branch are wonderful.

There is no point having opening hours shown until 430pm if you can’t use the cash desk to pay in money after 2pm. Another wasted journey to the bank .
