At the beginning of April, I informed you of my move and sent you the documents proving my new address. Despite my email reminders, I haven't received any response from you regarding the proper processing of my data. My account still shows my old address. Can you tell me why you are refusing to process my requests, even though I am a customer and my credit card is about to expire? Customer number: 70723891

The staff changes very frequently, and for this reason, they sometimes find it difficult to maintain good customer service.

We had an appointment at 12:30. When we arrived, they told us they were 20 minutes late due to a computer problem (they could have called us and changed the time/date before we arrived). After 35 minutes, they asked us to wait another 20 minutes. After an hour and a half delay, we left, as we also had meetings and clients to attend to, and I don't make my clients wait. A complete lack of interest and respect.
