Horrible service, are we in the Stone Age??

Very rude. When you come in and say hello, they don't even return the greeting. They change their minds with every transaction. When I brought my ID to resolve an issue, the next time I came back they said they hadn't taken it properly. I've been waiting for a week for a call about a company matter they were supposed to sort out... completely ignoring everything. They're terrible. Jessica isn't there anymore, and it's very noticeable. She was the only one who could solve anything and knew what was going on. Every week there's a change at the register, and it's back to square one. It's a shame... very tiring. Oh, and the cleaning lady was always mopping the counter when you were there, and you had to get out of her way. I don't think that's appropriate.

I've been having trouble for months verifying and checking charges on my Air Europa card. The app doesn't recognize my ID or passwords, and the system isn't helping me at all. They completely ignore me on the phone. I've been forced to reverse the last two charges, totaling over €500. I don't recognize those amounts, and they won't provide me with my transaction history. It's a disaster! I have to go to an office to see if they'll help me.

My home insurance with Bankinter, after 20 years, is getting more and more expensive, with exorbitant prices. I called the department that manages it, and they gave me a discount, bringing the amount down to €311.96. Yesterday, they withdrew that money from my account, and today they've cancelled the insurance again, but without the discount. I don't like them playing with my money. To make matters worse, I have a mortgage with them, and I have to pay it religiously, as I have been doing all these years. I demand that the discounted amount be deposited into my account immediately, as quickly as they doubled the amount and withdrew the money.
