3 tables with people at a computer and a single guy at the register for an endless line (and non-stop work). Literally 1 hour to make a deposit and I'm still waiting... I have my mortgages here, but it won't be long before I'm no longer connected to this bank. Edit. 1 hour and 20 minutes to make a small deposit into my account is truly pitiful and very sad. Being so dependent on banks means I'll gradually leave here. If you can, go to another bank. I recommend it. Don't come to this one.

I want to especially thank Estefanía, my bank manager, for her professionalism, commitment, and efficiency. She helped me secure a very complicated mortgage, with multiple factors that made the process anything but simple. Even so, thanks to her dedication and impeccable management, she managed to resolve everything in record time. Her attentive service, clear explanations, and ability to find solutions were key.

Poor customer service. Only one person to serve, and sometimes waits for more than half an hour. Terrible. If there were negative stars, I'd give them a negative rating.

I have no information regarding alleged improper charges. After several fruitless phone calls, I'm notifying them that I will be returning receipts for exorbitant amounts, deferred payments made without notification or authorization, and for which I'm being charged interest. I'm filing complaints without being provided with references and receiving constant calls from legal counsel.

I had fraud on my account and Visa card, and I haven't received the help I needed. I emptied my account, and because of the Visa fraud, my checking account was overdrawn without my permission. I sent emails asking for information but never received a response. I'm finally in the process of closing three accounts I had there and my husband's account, and I'm moving my mortgage to another bank. I work with banks every day, and my advice is not to use this bank.
