I have used this office for one of my companies and privately. it was a horribel experience. I own several companies in different countries and have NEVER had any problems with any of my banks or bank contacts. In general everyone is very nice and helpful in the branch, but the director is a thicking time bomb. He has no business of being titled a director, in the way handles himself and treats his clients. He is a horrible ambassadeur for Bankinter, who I think many like myself included have a very good picture of as being one of best banks in Spain with very good terms and conditions. If you have business profile, and you demand transparency, good and fluid communication and people you can trust. Stay of away from this office!! If they change their director i would imagine thinks would change. With that being said, I wouldnt be supriced if they have recieved a lot of complaints and already changed him for someone else.

Convenient access thanks to the nearby CERVANTES car park. Even when I was having trouble with my ex-EVO account, I received all the help possible by speaking to the employee with a smile, something that is too often forgotten. Thank you.

They're generally lazy; don't expect them to serve you quickly, not at all. If they can, they'll brush you off with their line, "If you booked online, it's all online; I'll take my money elsewhere."

A very bad experience with the bank, especially the director of this branch. We went in October to open an account...difficult! I sent and emailed everything in the Netherlands, but I haven't heard anything since. In November, we moved to Malaga and moved...no time, still haven't heard anything, and it's the end of February!

It's outrageous that they want to charge me a €4 commission for a transfer. Being a customer is pointless. #Bankinterabuses. Get rid of the branches; being a customer is useless. #mybankbankinterisshameful. If I can't activate my access codes because the coordinates aren't working, you should be more flexible. I hope €4 is worth it for you.
