Today I visited Bankinter in Málaga, located at C. Molina Lario, 16, Centro District, 29015 Málaga. The staff is very attentive and helpful. All the employees were very kind and quick in helping me resolve my issue of recovering my money from EVO BANK. I am very grateful to the entire team at this branch. I had been struggling to resolve this problem for three weeks, and today was simply a blessing. It was like magic. Many thanks to Ana, Elena, Marta, and Juan Manuel. I will recommend this branch to all my friends.

Bankinter is without a doubt the worst bank I've ever dealt with. Unbelievable. Money disappears from the account, nobody answers the phone even though they supposedly have a customer service line, they don't reply to emails even though they say they'll respond within 24 hours (I've been waiting for two weeks now to find out what happened to my money), and their opening hours are 8:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (only for retirees?). HORRIBLE.

I waited quite a while because there weren't enough staff. Once I was finally helped, it was quick.
