This family business truly cares about its customers. They always do their best to find a suitable solution. Highly recommended.
I used to be a customer at this branch for a few years and had a question about a closed account. They had to forward my request to head office, which would involve significant delays, and the information I wanted would even cost me something... There was a long period of silence, and now, 2 months after my original request, still no news. I often received no response to reminders either (I was told there was an issue with the mailbox). One phone call to another Crelan branch in Ternat, where I have never been a customer, mind you, and I was helped immediately. A few days later, I had obtained all the information free of charge. It just goes to show how service within the same bank can differ from branch to branch...
