Very poor service from an employee. I went to the office eight times to cancel my home insurance, giving two months' notice and waiting for her call. When I thought it was finally sorted, the home and life insurance bills arrived, and I had to go back to the office. She collected the bills but didn't cancel the direct debit. Today, both bills arrived again, and I had to go back to the office. I'm quite angry, but thanks to her colleague Gonzalo, who was very kind and competent, he resolved everything in five minutes. He's a good worker. This young lady is not an apology for her poor service.

Very dissatisfied with the current branch manager. She's unavailable to answer questions and always has an excuse. She also doesn't allow other branch employees to handle inquiries. I was very satisfied with the work of previous managers and the rest of the staff at this branch. As soon as I can, I'm switching banks.

It's a bank branch that's very well located between two busy streets in San Juan. The distinctive orange color inside the branch is a bit dizzying when combined with the white light. The person who helped us, named Román, was excellent; his service was a 10 out of 10.

An excellent bank. They've helped me a lot with my mortgage in record time. They always answer any questions I have, and I don't have to wait weeks for them to resolve any issues. I want to highlight one employee in particular, María Ujue Cuesta López. She's a true professional, very friendly, and a 10/10.
