I went to inquire about a mortgage loan. Román helped me, and he was excellent. He told me to send him some documents, and the main office would let me know the mortgage terms in about a week. I sent everything that same day. Three months later, they haven't even replied. Thanks for nothing.

I've been with them for quite some time and I have no complaints. Whenever I've needed something, they've treated me well, especially Roman, who is the one I usually deal with.

They don't answer. I've sent them more than 10 emails and they haven't replied. When they finally answer the phone, they say they'll call back and then completely ignore it. I think they should treat their customers better. Their service is very poor, and I don't think they can explain things properly.
