Worst bank ever, always problems and no way to contact them because the service desk isn't open. It's time to change urgently!
Not even worthy of a first star. Car broke down. They promised to arrange a taxi or overnight stay. In the end, I had to wait six hours for a tow truck!!!!!! And NO TAXI OR OVERNIGHT STAY was provided. If I had known this, I would have had my car towed and arranged transportation myself. This is absolutely unacceptable to treat customers this way. Six hours of freezing in -5 degrees Celsius. Disgraceful. They should have just let me arrange everything myself from the start. Unprecedented and utterly disgraceful.

This bank advisor has knowledge of people and numbers, and it would not surprise me if he climbs to CEO, bank director, or higher within a few years. The service was very pleasant and proactive.
