Such a useless bank. You can’t add money to your account inside the bank or at the atm outside. Join a bank that actually allow for banking services. It was a horrible mistake to join this bank.

One of the very few banks in Spain without any fees for withdrawing money! Traveling in Spain since a year and alwqys used bankinter with Revolut card. Other banks always want 5€ per transaction which is crazy..

My experience with the account director Maria Teresa was incredible! She helped me about the entire mortgage application process which last almost 7 weeks and succeeded a fixed interest rate 1.35% for me. I d say the interest rate is by far the best among any other banks who offered me. For her service I would rate a 5 star but for the Bankinter app I would rate 3 star as it is very buggy and a lot of times you cannot log in . Bankinter needs to invest more money on their technology honestly .

I tried to withdraw 300 Euros and before the ATM machine was able to dispense the money, it malfunctioned and went out of order. I never received the money and have my wife as a witness as well as a time stamped photo showing the machine out of order less than 2 minutes after the machine allegedly dispensed the money. I disputed the claim with my bank, but Bankinter claimed they dispensed the money. I will go to small claims court or a hire an attorney if I have to, even if it costs me more money than the 300 Euros I lost. Do not trust this bank and do not use their machines. This is a dishonest bank. Buyer beware
