As a designer UI/UX, I can say one thing: the developers have probably forgotten the word "ergonomics" when it comes to using the app. I valued this bank most for its ease of use and clarity, but now this labyrinth is like a game of "poke your finger and maybe you'll find something." There's a complete lack of logic and disrespect for older people (I'm already trying to help the third adult in the last six months). I can't recommend it; all the ease of use was overshadowed by a beautiful seaside photo. Functionality should come first, and cute pictures second.
I wanted to open a bank account as a foreigner that lives in Barcelona. Online it says this Bank allows this for foreigner. When I went there, they told me, yes it's possible, but I have to do another health insurance with them, despite I already had a policy for a health insurance. Further this health insurance of them was for a worse condition and a heavy price tag. In my country Switzerland, this practise would be forbidden by law.
Worst customer service ever, i have been trying to call my Advisor for 10 days, with no answer nor reply on my messages/ emails. We set an appointment and he didn’t call me this is unacceptable.
I opened an account at this branch, came to pick up my card three times, and was told they lost it as a result. Other branches of this bank required me to buy insurance and gave me other conditions for opening an account. I came back to this branch again. The man who sits at the entrance and helps (should help) clients (future clients) decided that he has the right to decide who will be a client and who will not. He refused to help me make an apointment, began to communicate only in Spanish (previously he communicated in English; I have not been in Spain long and do not speak Spanish), took my phone number and e-mail and said that I would be called about the apointment, the bank did not let me do it. Said that the bank decides for itself who will be a client, who will not. What's he got to do with it? Why does he allow himself this behavior? He will lie and tell his story, but this is the first time in my life that I have encountered such behavior, when the clerk at the entrance is boo
Rude man on the reception. 5 times I was in the bank and 5 times the worker was rude.
