I honestly wanted to ignore the comments, but it's absolutely true. I wanted to open a high-yield savings account with direct deposit of my salary. I completed the entire process online, and they sent me to the branch to sort it out since it couldn't be opened. I went there, and the customer service representative told me, "If they couldn't solve it for you, I certainly can't here on the computer." It says I'm not registered, and as a customer, I feel even worse. It's incredibly inefficient. What's the point of a customer service position if they can't even solve something as simple as opening an account? If this is how it is to open an account, I don't even want to imagine what would happen if I had another problem.

A grotesque experience. The cashier was arrogant, rude, and dismissive, with poor manners and terrible customer service. Thankfully, the young woman who later went out of her way to help us hadn't closed the tab on the spot.

Outrageous - If you have the option, please request a different branch. I'm giving it one star because, unfortunately, I can't give it zero. Completely unacceptable. They either don't answer the phone or they answer and hang up. My banking issue has remained unresolved on their end for almost three weeks. Their level of professionalism is nonexistent.

This bank is garbage, nobody can help you. I'm canceling my account and they can go to hell.

The worst bank I've ever seen. They don't let you do any paperwork and they almost threw me out. It's a disgrace.
