Probably one of the worst branch you want to go. Very poor instruction. Blame customer. 40mins waiting and no, because of the wrong instructions provided from the last visit. My only regret is that I didn't record the audio of the service!
One of the worst experiences, you can even be allowed to cut in line. You will waste a lot of time on people who don't follow the rules. Please change your branch.
It took them more than 2 months to open a bank account. The second time a staff forgot to ask for a required document (had to go back there to give them the documents), and application was rejected for some ridiculous reasons. Google should have allowed zero star.
