Horrible staffs, trying to trick the client to the investment desk by making up something like "the address of the account is not updated properly", they basically lie to your face because they are that desperate to sell you their investment products. A few years back when I went to the same branch, a male staff told the same lie and tried to sell some insurance products to me, he even made me fill some form claiming that it's regular personal data collection, luckily I realized what happened and didn't sign anything in the end. If they can be polite and honest, I might take a few minutes to read the leaflets they have, but after what happened today I seriously started to consider switch bank.
no 24 hrs ATM or cheque deposit machine
A great bank with ATMs running 24 hours and great privacy protection with CTV camera's and this famous bank is in close ties with law enforcement! It is a great bank I highly recommend it downside the air conditioning makes this bank very cold
Only 1 counter opened to serve walk in customers. Took a long time to be attended to, in a short queue. Waited 1and half hours to withdraw money and cancell a few direct debits. Avoid if you can. The bank that thinks your time has no value.
