The guy in light green suit that "greets" customers when they enter the bank has such a condescending tone. Your job is supposed to assist me instead of making me feel like I am a complete idiot when I ask you questions. Do better Hangseng Bank, can't believe you hire incompetent staffs that like to look down on the clients you're supposed to be serving. Does it actually make you feel good as a person inside when you say things like that? Does it make you feel more superior as a human being? I feel sad for you. Sad that you have to live in a world with this skewed frame of mind of yours. By the way I visited this branch morning of Nov 30, 2023.

Though I have to wait a long time (now I use App to get a ticket in advance) , the stuff was helpful and patient to verify the information. I couldn’t do it without his help.

I already showed proof of address when I opened my salary account at Hang Seng. What's the difference between me and a new customer? Okay, okay, I'll go home and get it. ^Hey, sir, no, you need to schedule an appointment. We need to see when we're available to serve this tiny, tiny customer.^ Wow, that's great! 👍👍👍 Because I'm a regular citizen who works Monday to Friday, and transferring new funds requires a bank draft, I have serious reservations about Hong Kong's financial system. Therefore, I absolutely refuse to use online banking. If something goes wrong, I'll have to talk to them, not you. This is a very bureaucratic and terrible bank. It wasted my time and money (money and cashier's
