The guy in light green suit that "greets" customers when they enter the bank has such a condescending tone. Your job is supposed to assist me instead of making me feel like I am a complete idiot when I ask you questions. Do better Hangseng Bank, can't believe you hire incompetent staffs that like to look down on the clients you're supposed to be serving. Does it actually make you feel good as a person inside when you say things like that? Does it make you feel more superior as a human being? I feel sad for you. Though I have to wait a long time (now I use App to get a ticket in advance) , the stuff was helpful and patient to verify the information. I couldn’t do it without his help.
