The friendliest BBVA manager is here and I'm sure you won't miss her.
It's a disgrace. You approach to become a new customer, and the woman there, with terrible manners and little education, tells you that she only serves people with appointments. Surreal.
I arrived and it was closed before opening time, a waste of time and it really makes me angry.
A customer service office where, upon arrival, they tell you they're in a meeting and can't assist you; that it's a one-person office. What a brilliant concept BBVA has come up with to claim it's a customer service office where you're not actually served because there's only one person to cut costs. What a bank...
My daughter has a BBVA account, and without doing anything, they stole three Bizum cards worth €19.99 each. We filed a complaint, but they haven't returned the money or responded. I'll post a review at a branch every day. Don't trust this bank or their Bizum card.
