It's unacceptable that the only ATM they have is the one inside, and it's in this condition. The floor is completely covered in urine with a terrible smell. I had an emergency and needed to get inside, and I shouldn't have to put up with this just to do so. It couldn't be more neglected. To avoid this, why don't they install an ATM outside where people can actually deposit money? What a disgusting place, and the way they treat their customers at this branch is shameful.
Today, March 3, 2026, the NFC reader (for mobile banking) on the ATM was not working. I had to walk almost a kilometer to the next ATM.
