Very good for tsuen wan
The staff at this bank! When I inquired about their online and telephone services, the employee chatted and even swore! I explained early on that I had lost my phone and needed to change my number! After a long and complicated process, they made me take a queue! What a waste of 15 minutes! The service was terrible! They were perfunctory! There were many employees, but they were just chatting! In the end, I still couldn't get it sorted out! Such terrible service!
