I had an account, but I've already deleted it, as have many other people, and I'll try to convince more to do the same. I refuse to finance a bank that profits from the destruction of humanity's cultural and environmental heritage. I'm referring to their involvement in financing the destruction of Hasankeyf, the cradle of civilization.

There's never any change if you want to pay for something there.

I absolutely do not recommend this bank. I have a financing contract linked to a service with them, and the service has stopped. Ideal centers and other financial institutions are refunding money and canceling payments. Instead of doing what the law requires, as stated in a clause of their financing contract, they systematically request information that was sent from day one. I don't know if their goal is to make you give up through constant harassment or because they want to keep collecting payments and see what happens later, but the money stays in their pockets. I imagine the employees who manage Ideal's complaints mailbox must be following instructions because in groups of affected customers, we see them telling everyone that we're missing documents—sometimes our ID, sometimes our contract with them... Every week it's something different, while we keep paying. Never choose this bank. When you have problems, they won't help you.
