I would like to thank the staff, Miss M Y Siu (蕭敏儀), of Hang Seng Bank-Kowloon Main Branch for her excellent customer service and expertise in handling our financial issues and affairs. She is very knowledgeable and patient while trying to assist me with my many different transactions. She completed my requests promptly and efficiently. I am lucky to have her to help me. Thank you very much Miss Siu!

I hope there is a negative 5 stars option. I dont get why there are 3-4 staff chatting at the reception doing nothing while only 3 (out of 9) service kiosks are operating. Oh and there are >25 people in the line waiting.

Attended branch today on Thursday 25/10/2018 @ around 2.15pm Very mixed, inconsistent and unpredictable staff customer service Individual teller and sign up accounts staff great helpful attitude! Front desk concierge lady (shorter girl with small eyes and darker skin) very unhelpful and unmotivated with assisting any matters. She was condascending and had a major attitude problem. She was not even able to assist with advising where I could go to get my documents photocopied. She simply said “I do not know”. Her performance and attitude needs to be monitored, reviewed and addressed immediately.....

I appreciate the excellent service provided by Ms PY Au Yeung for handling re-activate my bank account and relevant matters. Your attention to detail, great communication skills, and ready smile made the experience even better than I expected.

Only very serious matters happened there
