This bank branch is close to my home, and unfortunately I always end up having to come here. It is now 9:30 in the morning and there are many people waiting, yet only one person at the counter to attend everyone. It’s not just today — it’s always like this. There is a long line, but only one staff member available, even though there is space for two people to work at the counter. Regarding the information they provide, it is very limited. When I ask them to send receipts to my email, one employee does it for free, while another charges me €3.50. When I ask any question, they often don’t seem to know how the bank’s system works. I am very dissatisfied with the service at this branch.

BBVA is the smartest of all the banks I've tried in Spain. Everything is practically adaptive to your unique requirements, and that makes it a lot easier to carryout transactions on the go. BBVA always!

I regret opening a business account with this bank. This office personnel lacks the basic skills to provide a decent service. They are extremely rude, unfriendly, unwilling to help, waste of my time. I have been unsuccessful at every transaction I’ve had to do here - save yourself the stress and go to another office!

I went 3 times to open an account, the first time the dude was not there when he was supposed to be, as you can only do this on Tuesday and Thursday morning. The second time they closed the office while I was still in the queue and the third time they told me after 45 minutes of waiting that he went on vacation, and apparently nobody else in the entire office could help me. Worst bank I've had the displeasure of dealing with.

Make sure you get written proof of promises of the sales people. They lie about the rules such as renewals of contracts and no additional costs regarding home insurance. As this is spoken directly with a person and not by e-mail it is impossible to fight your case afterwards.
