The Lisse office is often very busy. Reaching Rabobank by phone is also very difficult, from my own experience. Once you do manage to speak to someone, they take the time to explain everything thoroughly.

Absurdly long wait times to buy a product (car insurance). After three days, I finally spoke to someone (on the third day, I was on hold for over 45 minutes). Rabo brought the staff shortage on itself by closing many branches. Huge cost savings, unmotivated employees, at least the ones I spoke to, and dissatisfied customers. About 70% of Interpolis customers are dissatisfied (see reviews). So why is Rabo in bed with Interpolis? I'm going to transfer my insurance policies elsewhere, and my personal and business accounts elsewhere as well. I've been a customer for over 40 years with countless complaints, including age discrimination (file known to the head office in Utrecht). Conclusion: cost savings achieved, customer gone...

The service at the Kanaalstraat office was very pleasant and professional. The lady knew more about the subject than we had come for. She took her time with us, and we left more than satisfied. Kudos! PS: Our appointment was a few months ago, but still worth mentioning.

Good explanation and they take the time for you if you have questions in all areas such as investing (green) etc. nice people there
