This is really worst bank i had ever seen in my entire life . I visited this bank baranch for opening my bank account for the seek of opening fast but it take nearly around 1month but upto now i didn't receive any thing. If someone really want me to recommend me better bank i will recommend ABN AMRO, revolute other banks except ing because costumers service is really bad even you call in central office of amaterdam

Very nice ladies helped me access and finalize my identification super fast and stress-free. I don't have kids but those of you who do please bring them, the bank office has a soft corner with toy dinosaurs!

This review is specifically about this office. I was walking down the street with my 3 year old, and he suddenly had to pee. I looked around and there was absolutely nowhere else to go. No cafés, no restaurants, anything. The closest thing was still too far, (check the map). So I walked into this office, and I apologised and asked if my 3 year old could use their toilet. The woman laughed and said “well, sorry but this is not a public toilet”. I was SO embarrassed, but I said “I know, I’m very sorry but it’s for him, a bit of an emergency”. The woman said “well, are you at least a customer?” I was SO ashamed, angry and annoyed, but I had no choice. So I said “no, sorry, I’m not a customer, it’s just a small emergency for him”. She said “let me ask my supervisor” So yes, eventually they let me use it. I thanked them a million times and apologised again. But FOR THE LOVE OF GOD! Was it really necessary to be like that with a mum and a small boy with an urgency?…

I have a bank account with ING Bank, the app gives many notifications that I appreciate less. Please stop these messages, which I consider to be not important to me, or ensure that I can unsubscribe from them. An other bank where I have an account rarely gives these types of notifications.
