Rabobank 40 Dreef Haarlem

In the whole of my life, having had bank accounts for over 50 years, I have never come across such an asinine bank! Apart from having to wait over 15 minutes on the telephone to have someone condescend to answer my call, I was informed that the Rabobank Haarlem branch does not: 1) Have any operational ATM machines! 2) Accept cash deposits over the counter! When I question when my Rabo Betalpass no longer worked I was told to take it up with the (non-Rabo) operator of the ATM machine which I had attempted (unsuccessfully) to use. That sounds like 'passing the buck' to me. Have you ever come across such an absurd bank. If so, please post your own review. Where do they find these people who make such ludicrous policy decisions?! I thought that Rabo was a mutual bank: run for the benefit of its clients and not simply for profit. One star is too good for them.

Dont call general Rabobank number. They charged so much money for a short call i was perplexed... just calling them if there is a Rabobank around to get coins etc. Its hard to find a Rabobank, hard to get coins but its easy for them to take your money. Worse banking experience ever.. greetings

The worst customer service, rude staff, very difficult to communicate and fix things since they do not asnwer phone or have an option to call in. I will cancel the compnay account and move to ABN Amro.
