Very poorly organized. They prioritize cash exchanges from the stores in the mall. There are only two tellers at the counter for all cash transactions. Seriously, if you have the chance to switch banks, do it. I've been here for 1 hour and 24 minutes. I just heard someone complaining that they've been here for over two hours! 😡

Deberían de arreglar el cistema de todos los bancos te entregan la targeta, preguntas que si es todo y que nada le falta y te dicen que todo está vien y al 3 día se te bloquea por qué ocupa una actualización Hoy el martes me quedé sin dinero ahora como regreso a mi casa si tengo que agarrar 2 camiones y no puedo retirar del cajero ni para la comida de hoy

Terrible service and also arrogant from the person at the door. Unfortunately, one has to come here to pay school fees.

This is my first time visiting this branch, and honestly, it was a bit slow. I wanted to check something with my mobile banking, and the teller at the window gave me another number. When I asked another teller who was nearby, she said, "Our system is down." I told her that the teller had given me another number, and she replied, "They don't know the system is down; it's happening at all branches." 🙄🤨 I just thought to myself, what a lack of communication. They're making each other look bad.

This branch is awful, terrible service, super slow, only 2 registers working
