The customer service is mediocre and very bad, zero help and no customer support, don't even bother asking for support, they won't help you at all.
Do not use this bank, it is a total mess. TERRIBLE SERVICE. IT DOES NOT REFLECT A TRANSACTION AND THEY DO NOT RESOLVE ANYTHING... I HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR CLARIFICATION FOR A MONTH AND THEY TAKE 1D10T4S
Terrible. It takes ages to get through and serve someone. The tellers are incredibly lazy. If you need to go to Banorte, go somewhere else.
Very good service, one of the best branches I've ever visited.
Terrible experience, bad service and all the people at the counter looked grumpy, I don't recommend it.
